Joy Karamdad, MBA, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources leader with a strong background in talent development and HR operations. At Milhaus from 2015 to 2017, Joy successfully led the transition from a Professional Employer Organization to establishing an in-house HR function, developing employee benefit programs and comprehensive HR operations processes. Prior to this, Joy held various roles at PwC from 2004 to 2010, focusing on deployment and staffing, intern recruiting, performance reviews, and talent management across multiple markets. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Administrator at Miller, Waters, Martin & Hall from 2000 to 2004. Joy is advancing education at the University of Indianapolis, pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
