Kathleen Gaul

Kathleen Gaul, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Manager at PwC since June 2024. Previously, Kathleen held the role of Senior Tax Accountant at HarbourVest Partners from August 2023 to May 2024 and progressed through various positions at PwC from Tax Associate to Tax Manager between July 2017 and July 2023. Kathleen began their career in tax as a Tax Intern at PwC in summer 2016 and has also gained experience as a Finance Intern at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and as an intern at Romanzo & Company CPAs LLC. Kathleen's academic background includes a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management. While at the university, Kathleen contributed as a Teaching Assistant for introductory accounting courses, managing classes of up to 140 students.
