Rachel Giadolor

Rachel Giadolor is an accomplished professional with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as an Innovation Intern at Compass Datacenters since October 2021, Rachel also provides technical support at Southern Methodist University's School of Technology. Previous experiences include participation in NASA's L'SPACE Mission Concept Academy, leadership roles at BLK Capital Management as President and Chief Operating Officer, and an internship at UT Southwestern Medical Center focusing on technology development. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Southern Methodist University, along with an Associate of Science from Richland Community College.
