Sheila Giuliani

Sheila Giuliani is a Principal in M&A Tax at PwC, bringing extensive expertise in tax law and corporate transactions. Previously, Sheila served as a Legal Intern/Fellow for the United States House of Representatives Committee on Small Business and as a Summer Associate at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Sheila holds an LL.M in Tax from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.
