Spencer Herbst

Spencer Herbst is an experienced professional in strategy and capability development, currently holding a position at PwC in the Global Strategy & Capability Development team since December 2023. Prior to this, Spencer served as General Manager for both the East Coast and New York City at Sway (formerly Returnmates) from March 2022 to December 2023. Spencer's career at PwC began in March 2015, progressing through roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Associate in Strategy& until March 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as Strategy Associate at McCann Worldgroup and as Strategy Intern at Northrop Grumman. Spencer holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and AI from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Syracuse University.
