Sebastian Watras

Sebastian Watras has a diverse work experience history, primarily in e-commerce and digital products. Sebastian currently serves as the E-commerce and Digital Director at PWN Group since September 2020. Additionally, they are a Lecturer in Building Digital Products at Uniwersytet SWPS since October 2021.

Previously, Sebastian held positions such as E-commerce and Digital Products Consultant at Digital Commerce starting from March 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of E-commerce at RynekPierwotny.pl I Portal Nowych Nieruchomości from March 2018 to September 2020.

Before their roles at RynekPierwotny.pl, Sebastian was the Business Unit Manager for e-commerce and web publishing at IDG Poland SA from January 2013 to March 2018. Sebastian also worked as the Business Unit Manager for e-commerce and digital products at WIP from May 2004 to December 2012.

Sebastian's career in the e-commerce field began at Eniro Polska as a Product Manager for Digital Products (Internet and applications) from January 2001 to April 2004. Sebastian started their professional journey at Bertelsmann Media as an E-commerce Specialist for a short period from May 2000 to December 2000.

Sebastian Watras has a diverse education history. From 2021 to 2022, they pursued a postgraduate degree in IT Management at Warsaw University of Technology. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they obtained another postgraduate degree in Business English from Kozminski University. Their highest level of education is a Master's degree in Management and Marketing, which they received from the University of Warsaw between 1995 and 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastian has also obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they received a DevOps Fundamentals Certificate from PeopleCert. In May 2022, they achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) certification from Scrum.org, and in April 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certifications, also from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in December 2021, they acquired the AgilePM® certification from APMG International. In terms of language proficiency, they hold the LCCI (CEF C1 level) certificate from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which they obtained in March 2008. Additionally, they are recognized as a DIMAQ Professional by IAB Poland and an Expert by the Digital Experts Club, although the specific details regarding the attainment of these titles are unknown.
