Joaquin Gamboa

Joaquin Gamboa has an extensive work experience in various legal and leadership roles. Joaquin is currently working as the Chief Legal Officer at Everly Health, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Legal Officer at PWNHealth, a company acquired by Everly Health, starting from February 2021. Joaquin has also been actively involved in professional organizations such as the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, where they serve as a Board Member since July 2021.

In addition to their legal roles, Joaquin has also been a part of TechGC as a Founding Member since April 2015 and mentored at First Round Fast Track starting from March 2020. Their previous positions include serving as the Chief Business Development and Legal Officer at Spring Health from June 2020 to January 2021, and as the President of The Drone Racing League from October 2018 to October 2019.

Before joining Everly Health, Joaquin held various leadership positions at Zocdoc from May 2012 to June 2018, including Chief Legal Officer, Head of New Business & Government Affairs, and Chief People Officer. Prior to that, they worked at LB3 as a Partner from April 2003 to April 2012, where they represented Fortune 100 and other large companies and government entities in technology deals and served as outside general counsel to emerging growth technology companies. Joaquin also has experience in international business development and strategic alliances from their time at Yodlee, where they held the positions of Director of Business Development and Director of Strategic Alliances from April 2000 to April 2003.

Joaquin Gamboa completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994. Subsequently, they pursued their Juris Doctorate (JD) from Stanford Law School and successfully graduated in 1998.
