Morgan-Rose Alexander has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at PWR Advanced Cooling Technology. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Morgan-Rose gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Quinn Staff Recruiters, specializing in temp recruitment for private sector clients. Morgan-Rose has also worked as an Administration Assistant at Business Training New Zealand Ltd and as a Research Assistant at Massey University.

Morgan-Rose Alexander completed their education in Psychology at Massey University. Morgan-Rose obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2014 to 2016 and went on to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Psychometric Administration & Interpretation from OPRA Psychology Group in 2021 and Saville Assessment International Accrediation from People Centric in 2019. Morgan-Rose is also a Professional Member of RCSA Australia and New Zealand, starting from 2023.
