As the VP of Publisher Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving PX's growth by engaging with enterprise publishers, forging new relationships, and maximizing the impact of existing partnerships. Your responsibilities will span developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, cultivating strong publisher relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of affiliate marketing professionals. This is a role where you'll have full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and growth while empowering publishers to do the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell The Demand on PX’s Marketplace: Identify, prioritize, and negotiate deals with potential publishers, leveraging our diverse product offerings. From leads to inbound calls, you'll champion our marketplace solutions and drive mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Navigate and Harness Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate on promotional campaigns. You'll engage with C-level executives and decision-makers, driving consensus for deals and ensuring alignment with internal teams.

  • Manage the Marketplace: Drive media spend growth through strategic publisher management and acquisition. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, manage a quota-carrying team, and contribute to product development and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

We're seeking a results-oriented leader with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer acquisition and lead generation, ideally in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation concepts, analytical skills, and experience selling to C-level executives.

  • Familiarity with the marketing or advertising technology industry, with a passion for innovation.

  • Proficiency in media buying and user acquisition is a plus.

Base Annual Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00, dependent on experience.
