Anna Findlay

Anna Findlay is an accomplished professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Reward and People Operations at PXC since March 2024. Previously, Anna held the same title at TalkTalk from August 2019 to March 2024, where insights into reward management were enhanced through roles as Reward Manager. Anna's career in the field began at BT, where tenure from September 2006 to August 2019 included positions such as Reward Partner and HR Programme Manager, focusing on pay, performance, and data insights. Educationally, Anna completed a BSc in Management (HR) with First Class Honours at The University of Manchester between 2003 and 2006.
