Phil McDonald

Phil McDonald is a seasoned professional in the golf industry, currently serving as a Player Support Specialist at PXG (PARSONS XTREME GOLF) since December 2019. McDonald has accumulated extensive experience in player services through positions at Moon Valley Country Club and Grayhawk Golf Club. Additionally, McDonald held roles in business development and marketing at Lagardère Sports, and served as a Club Tech. & Service Associate at PGA TOUR Superstore. Other previous positions include Director of Sales & Marketing at Golfstretch, Operations Coordinator for the 3M Championship, and various roles in outside operations and golf shop assistance. McDonald earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2013, after completing education at Rosemount High School.
