Erin Rabasca

Erin Rabasca currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Business Operations Lead at PXP, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Erin worked at Publicis Groupe as Global Business Operations & Transformation from February 2024 to June 2024, and at WPP as Head of Agency Engagement and StudioX Operations from November 2022 to January 2024. Erin has extensive experience with R/GA, having served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management, where the recruitment and development of a high-performing Talent Management team was prioritized. Additional roles at R/GA included Vice President of US Studios, where operational transformation was achieved, and Group Director of Business Affairs, where a profitable Business Affairs unit was established. Erin started the career as a Lead Art Buyer at Digitas after earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University in 2000.
