Paul Claire

Paul Claire is a seasoned professional in land acquisition and development with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at Pyatt Builders, LLC, since February 2021, Paul oversees acquisition and entitlement operations. Previously, Paul held leadership roles at Beazer Homes as Vice President of Land Development, managing Indiana's land development activities, and at Arbor Homes as Director of Land Development, where responsibilities included acquisition and engineering. Paul also co-owned Alpha Pointe Real Estate Services and Alpha Pointe Investments, focusing on land sale, acquisition, and residential real estate development. Early career positions included roles at C.P. Morgan Communities/LS Associates and The Schneider Corporation, emphasizing land management and engineering. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
