Phil has over 25 years’ experience in vertical development and underground mining in various countries globally including Australia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Vietnam, Italy, Germany, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, DRC, Botswana, Indonesia, PNG and the Philippines. Phil has held a number of senior roles and brings to the team strong capabilities in raise bore and shaft lining operations. He is committed to driving continuous improvement and plays an integral role in business development, client relationships and operations management.
