Erica Robinson

Erica Robinson, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety since December 2021, Erica also holds a long-standing role as Human Resources and Talent Manager at Fire Protection Service Corporation, where work commenced in October 2013. Erica earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah, completing the coursework between 2009 and 2014.
