Cardessa Kerr

Account Executive at PYM

Cardessa Kerr's work experience begins in 2001 when they started their career in the Army National Guard as a Lieutenant. Cardessa served in the 1/149 Aviation Battalion, including a deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2006-2007. After returning stateside, they attended Officer Candidate School and became a Platoon Leader.

In 2011, Cardessa joined Baker Hughes as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, where they worked until 2013. Cardessa then moved to CNPC USA as a Recruiting Manager from May 2013 to April 2017.

From 2014 to 2017, Cardessa worked as a Business Development Manager at the Proctor Gallagher Institute. Cardessa was certified as a Facilitator for their program Thinking Into Results.

Most recently, Cardessa joined PYM in 2020 as an Account Executive. The end dates for their roles at PYM and the Proctor Gallagher Institute are unknown.

Cardessa Kerr has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Texas State University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Cardessa further pursued their education at the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Master's in Public Policy and Business. Additionally, Cardessa obtained a certification as a Thinking Into Results Facilitator from the Proctor Gallagher Institute in November 2014.
