Joseph Donaghy

Joseph Donaghy has over 30 years of experience in the software and technology industry. Joseph began their career in 1990 as a Manager at IBI, where they were a designer and resident expert on data drivers for VAX/Focus product. Joseph then moved to Hyperion Software in 1995, where they served as Quality Assurance Manager and created a team that delivered commercially saleable accounting modules. In 2001, they joined Hyperion Solutions as Senior Quality Assurance Manager and pioneered development of new products, processes and QA strategies. Joseph then moved to Oracle in 2007, where they were Quality Assurance Director, directing a worldwide organization of 40 Quality Assurance engineers. In 2015, they joined Real Capital Analytics as Senior Director of Research and led an effort to redefine the RCAs global research organization from top to bottom. Joseph also served as Senior Director, Quality and Tech Operations, creating a QA team and managing the transition of the entire Tech organization from start up mode. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Project and Release Management at Pypestream since 2019.

Joseph Donaghy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, General from Pace University between 1981 and 1985. Joseph also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2014.
