Emmanuelle Baly

Emmanuelle Baly, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Emmanuelle currently holds the position of Area Director of Human Resources at Pyramid Hotel Group, starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at TPG Hotels and Resorts as the Area Director of Human Resources from April 2021 to December 2021, and as the Director of Talent & Culture from April 2018 to April 2021.

Before joining TPG Hotels and Resorts, Emmanuelle worked at AccorHotels in various roles including Consultant Talent & Culture from January 2018 to May 2018, Corporate Director of Talent & Culture from January 2016 to January 2018, Corporate Director of Human Resources from March 2014 to December 2015, and Corporate Human Resources Manager from January 2006 to February 2014.

Emmanuelle also gained experience at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as a Project Manager from January 2005 to June 2006, Sofitel Lafayette Square Washington DC as an Assistant Director of Human Resources from April 2002 to January 2005, and Sofitel Miami as a Human Resources Assistant from 1998 to 2002.

Emmanuelle Baly, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from EHL, which was obtained from 1997 to 1999. In 2020, Emmanuelle completed a Hospitality Manager - Leadership program from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Additionally, in the same year, Emmanuelle pursued studies in Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida Atlantic University - College of Business. In 2021, Emmanuelle focused on Micro Expressions at the PAUL EKMAN GROUP, LLC. Emmanuelle also holds a certification in PHR and SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources Management since 2014.
