Michelle Farrell has a strong background in revenue strategy and management within the hospitality industry. Michelle started their career at Veracity Hospitality LLC in 2009, where they served as a Reservations Manager, focusing on training and adapting strategies for sales and customer service calls. Michelle then joined Pyramid Global Hospitality in 2015 and held various roles, including Reservations & Revenue Manager, Assistant Director of Revenue, Director of Revenue, and currently, Area Director of Revenue Strategy. Throughout their career, Michelle has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive revenue growth and implement innovative strategies. Michelle has successfully integrated teams, generated increased revenue through data analytics, and worked cross-functionally with stakeholders to achieve impressive results. Michelle's expertise has contributed to achieving high RevPAR indexes and customer satisfaction.

Michelle Farrell attended the College of Lake County from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business. Michelle then went on to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with concentrations in General Business and Human Resource Management.
