Molly Fangmann

Molly Fangmann has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Molly started their career in 2011 as an Intern in Human Resources at Cincinnati Marriott Northeast, where they assisted in recruitment and performed audits. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Cincinnati Marriott Northeast in roles such as Guest Services Agent, Guest Services Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, and Assistant Executive Housekeeper. In 2015, they joined Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, LLC as an Executive Housekeeper and later became a Task Force Manager. Molly then moved to Pyramid Hotel Group in 2016, where they worked as a Sales Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group as a Human Resources Director. Currently, they are working at Pyramid Global Hospitality as an Area Director of Human Resources.

Molly Fangmann obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human and Consumer Sciences from Ohio University from 2008 to 2012. Molly also holds a certification as a TIPS Trainer from Tips Alcohol.
