Jill leads Pyramid’s website work—always with the goal of creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that drive action. She has a master’s degree in digital communications and is UX certified by the Nielsen Norman Group. Prior to joining Pyramid, she spent a decade managing communications and websites in-house for the Seattle Symphony, Meany Center, and the University of Washington College of Arts & Sciences. Recent clients include Pride Foundation, Amara, Philanthropy Northwest, UW Husky Health & Well-Being, IllumiNative, and the Denver Foundation.
