Greg St. Jacques is the VP of People at Pyramid Systems. Greg has over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Insights. Greg has previously worked at Walmart for 4 years 10 months, where they were responsible for the long term global talent acquisition CoE operations and service delivery model. In addition, they also led a delivery team consisting of Senior Manager/Manager level (virtual/HQ mix) talent acquisition partners responsible for Senior Manager and above level positions across all functions for WMT US, Sam's Club, International and Corporate.
At their current position at Pyramid Systems, they is responsible for leading the talent function (talent acquisition and talent management strategy and execution). Additionally, they is also responsible for establishing our employee value proposition and orchestrating a comprehensive high performance framework which ensures we have the right people programs and processes in place to recruit, hire, develop, reward and retain high performers.
Greg St. Jacques attended James Madison University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Information Systems, with a minor in Human Resource Development. Greg attended the university from 1999 to 2003.
