Alicia Lycan is an accomplished entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in technology and operations management. As the Founder and CEO of ShapedbyAi, Alicia leads initiatives that help real estate professionals integrate AI systems into their businesses. Alicia has also served as an athlete with Pyranha Mouldings Ltd., collaborating with renowned brands while actively engaging in the kayaking community. Previously, Alicia operated Alicia Goes Consulting, specializing in transforming tech visions into reality through strategic consulting. At Solana Labs, Alicia held multiple roles, including Operations Lead and Growth Lead, where responsibilities encompassed logistics management, e-commerce development, and building community engagement. Prior experience includes software engineering positions at Virbela and Nike, focusing on developing web applications and optimizing business processes. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and International Business from Western Washington University and completed a certificate in Advanced Full Stack JavaScript from Code Fellows.
