As their Head of Operations, Ietje organises and oversees their daily operations, ensuring their company is well coordinated.

Her extensive experience in the fashion industry at B2C companies such as Chanel or Ecoalf allow her to efficiently manage their procedures and coach their team to remain cohesive and connected throughout their growth. She embodies the PYRATEX® identity through her deep knowledge of textiles and sourcing at fashion brands, as well as international background: she has lived in Amsterdam, Paris, Zurich, San Francisco, London, and now Madrid.
