Shannon Morgan

Shannon Morgan has extensive experience in management and operations across multiple industries, currently serving as Manager of Analytics and Audit at Cox Business since January 2016. Previous roles at Cox Business included Manager of Order Management, focusing on operational excellence. Shannon’s background also includes significant contributions to Pyro Spectaculars by Souza as a Pyrotechnics Assistant, planning and executing fireworks displays while mentoring new staff on safety and regulations. Additionally, Shannon held various managerial roles at Oceanic Time Warner Cable Business Class, overseeing operations and sales engineering teams, and has experience in webcasting and customer support. Shannon earned a certification in Assistive Technology Application from California State University, Northridge.
