Chris Bentley

Chris Bentley is an accomplished plant manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Pyrotek since September 2019, Chris oversees all plant operations with a focus on P&L responsibility, capital expenditure control, and implementing Lean manufacturing strategies, leading to a significant turnaround in the company's performance. Previously, Chris held the position of Operations Manager at TMK IPSCO, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations and workforce management during a facility restart. Additional experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager for Borgwarner Transmission Systems, where Chris managed a substantial budget, and as a Machining Supervisor at Baldor Electric Company, where expertise in process flow and personnel development was demonstrated.
