Terry Randolph has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. They started their career as a Mental Health Therapist at Palo Verde Hospital in 1995 and worked there until 2001. In this role, they evaluated and managed patients in crisis and coordinated care for their mental health needs.

From 2001 to 2014, Terry held multiple roles at Providence of Arizona, including State Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Director. In these positions, they collaborated with executives to develop and implement growth strategies, oversaw the clinical department, and analyzed financial and clinical data.

In 2014, Terry joined Sinfonia Healthcare of Arizona as the Senior QM/UM Director, responsible for developing quality improvement plans, coordinating audits, and ensuring licensing and accreditation standards were met.

In 2015, Terry transitioned to Cenpatico Integrated Care as the Director, Crisis System. They developed and oversaw the Adult System of Care Plan, collected and analyzed outcomes data, and made program adjustments based on results.

From 2018 to 2020, Terry worked at Arizona Complete Health as a Children's Healthcare Administrator, contributing to the administration and management of healthcare services for children.

Most recently, Terry Randolph joined Pyx Health as the Chief Program Officer in 2020. In this role, they provide executive leadership to advance the company's goals and oversee call center and clinical operations.

Terry Randolph completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona from 1986 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Guidance and Counseling at the same university during the same time period.
