Michael Bui

Michael Bui, DDS, MPH, JD has extensive experience in global regulatory affairs, particularly in the field of oncology, cell therapies, and rare diseases. Michael has held senior leadership positions in various pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including Pyxis Oncology, Kadmon (a Sanofi Company), Surface Oncology Inc., and Idera Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, they have provided consultancy services to small to mid-sized biotech companies through their own firm, E&A Beacon Regulatory Solutions, LLC. Michael has also contributed to the field through their role as an adjunct faculty member at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Northeastern University College of Professional Studies. Their expertise in regulatory affairs is complemented by their academic background in dentistry, public health, and law.

Michael Bui, DDS, MPH, JD attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where they earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with a focus on Dental Medicine. Michael then went on to the University at Buffalo School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Intellectual Property & Technology, specializing in Law. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and obtained a Master of Public Health degree in the field of Public Health. Prior to their dental and legal studies, they completed their undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. Michael also holds a Certificate in General Practice Residency from Veterans Affairs Medical Center - Brooklyn.
