Phil Reynolds

Phil Reynolds is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. As a co-founder and Counsel Emeritus at Pyypl since December 2016, Phil has played a pivotal role in providing digital financial services through a blockchain-powered mobile super app aimed at under-served populations. Currently, Phil serves on the Board of Directors for Enactia, an AI-driven compliance platform, and is a founding member of Dubai Angel Investors, a venture capital fund for early-stage tech startups. Phil's prior roles include significant positions at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa, as well as various leadership roles in legal and regulatory affairs within telecommunications companies. Phil holds multiple degrees from the University of Melbourne and Queen Mary University of London, and has completed the International Company Directors Course.
