Jasvinder Deo

Jasvinder Deo has extensive experience in the audit and risk management field. Jasvinder is currently serving as a Board Trustee at The Whitehall & Industry Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Audit and Risk Director at PZ Cussons starting in February 2023.

Jasvinder's work experience also includes several roles at Tesco, where they worked from 2009 to 2023. Their roles at Tesco include Group Risk and Functional Transformation Director, Group Audit Director, Audit Director - UK & ROI, Acting Audit Director - UK & ROI, Group Head of Audit, Senior Internal Audit Manager, Group Internal Audit Manager, and Senior Group Internal Auditor.

Before joining Tesco, Jasvinder began their career at PwC in 2003, where they worked as an Audit Senior Executive and held various roles as a Graduate, Auditor, and Senior Auditor from 2003 to 2009.

Jasvinder Deo holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from James Cook University. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from James Cook University.
