Jawaz Illavia

Jawaz Illavia has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Jawaz currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at PZ Cussons since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Walgreens Boots Alliance from December 2020 to July 2023. From October 2017 to October 2020, Jawaz worked as the VP Technology - Digital, Commercial & Data/Analytics & CIO Western Europe at Carlsberg Group. Before that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer & Equity Partner at Mum & You from September 2016 to October 2017. Jawaz served as the CEO of Amplify Life from January 2016 to August 2016.

Jawaz Illavia has also held various technology-related roles at Reckitt Benckiser, LyondellBasell, CSP Solutions, and RR Donnelley. At Reckitt Benckiser, they worked as the Global Technology Director - Digital Transformation from March 2012 to January 2016, and as the Technology Director - Africa & Middle East from January 2011 to March 2012. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant - Integration/In-sourcing at LyondellBasell from May 2010 to December 2010. Before that, they worked as a Management Consultant at CSP Solutions from January 2009 to March 2010. Lastly, they held multiple roles at RR Donnelley, including IT Director - International from February 2006 to December 2008, IT Manager - Europe and Asia Pacific from November 2003 to January 2006, and IT Manager - Asia Pacific from 1998 to October 2003.

Jawaz Illavia has a BSc (Hons) degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London. Jawaz also holds an MBA degree from the University of Leicester.
