Katherine Seymour

Katherine Seymour has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Katherine is currently working at PZ Cussons as the UK & US HR Director. Prior to this, they held various roles at L'Oréal, including HR Director for the Consumer Products Division and HR Director for Corporate & Distribution Centres. Katherine also worked as an Expat Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young and as a Campus Recruitment and Graduate Development Manager at Barclays Capital. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employer branding, and HR management.

Katherine Seymour completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Personnel and Development (fully CIPD qualified) from the University of Westminster in the years 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology from Durham University between 2002 and 2005.
