Richard Sharkey

Richard Sharkey has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Richard most recently worked at PZ Cussons as the Head of Data, Analytics & AI. Before that, they held the position of Interim Head of Data at the same company. Prior to PZ Cussons, Richard worked at Capgemini as a Senior Snowflake Lead. Richard also has experience at Synvert TCM as a Practice Lead - BI Engineering and a Principal Consultant BI Engineer. Earlier in their career, Richard worked at MAG (Airports Group) as a BI Developer - Cloud and at Shop Direct in various roles including Financial Analytics Manager, Systems Accountant, BI Systems Developer, MI Analyst, and Resource Allocation Co-Ordinator.

Richard Sharkey attended The Liverpool Bluecoat School from 1998 to 2004. Richard does not have a specified degree or field of study from this educational institution. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate from Tableau Software in April 2019, Cloud Analytics Master from Cloud Analytics Academy in 2018, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from A in February 2020, and Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2020.
