Simon Whittington

Simon Whittington is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and M&A. Currently serving as the Investor Relations and Corporate Development Director at PZ Cussons since February 2022, Simon established the Group’s inaugural investor relations function and oversees external financial communications while contributing to strategic transactions. Prior to PZ Cussons, Simon was the Deputy Head of Investor Relations at Reckitt, managing investor relations during a significant strategic reset. Simon's career includes notable roles at Merlin Entertainments plc, where responsibilities ranged from leading the investor relations function to being involved in M&A activities, and earlier experience as an Equity Research Analyst at UBS covering the European Media and Leisure sectors. Simon holds a degree in Finance from Cass Business School and additional education from IMD, Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and Aylesbury Grammar School.
