Britt Somers is an HR consultant currently working with United Consulting™ and United HR, starting in October 2023. In this capacity, Britt is involved in a project for the banking sector running from November 2023 to August 2024. Prior to these roles, Britt served as a student job search assistant at Intelect from June to July 2023, where responsibilities included candidate search, outreach, and conducting interviews. Additionally, Britt gained valuable experience as a training and coaching intern at Obelisk from September 2022 to March 2023, co-training soft skills programs, supporting job seekers with interview preparation, and identifying core competencies for educational projects. Britt holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from KU Leuven.
