Mason Kong

Mason Kong is an experienced professional currently working as an Employee Benefits Analyst I at USI Insurance Services since September 2024. Previously, Mason served as a Data Collection Researcher III at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading the Astria project and developing code in Python for data analysis. At Qualitest, Mason held the role of Graduate Engineer, directing a team focused on data collection and supporting AI and Machine Learning development, after initially working as a Logistics and Data Associate contributing to VR and AR product development. Prior experience includes positions in customer service as a Lead Server at Matsu Japanese Restaurant and a Banquet Specialist at Maggiano's Little Italy. Mason earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Data Science from the University of Washington and attended Bellevue College prior to that, alongside completing a high school diploma at Hazen Senior High School.
