Andrew Tippins

Andrew Tippins is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Q-bital Healthcare Solutions in both the APAC and EU markets, alongside Vanguard Healthcare Solutions, all since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Andrew was a Business Manager at Engage Healthcare from June 2021 to June 2022 and worked as an Employment Advisor for Maximus UK from October 2020 to June 2021. Andrew founded HealthCare Staffing in March 2020 and held the position of Director at White Knight Recruitment prior to its acquisition of Vanity Staffing Ltd, where Andrew worked as Managing Director from July 2014 to March 2020. Earlier career experiences include Senior Recruitment Consultant at Remedicare Staffing and Recruitment Consultant at Explore Group. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Bournemouth University and attended Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke.
