Joe Stenglein

Joe Stenglein has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in manufacturing companies. Joe started as a Wood Technologist at HARTCO Flooring Inc. in 1985 and worked there until 1986. Joe then joined Merillat Industries, where they held the positions of Production Manager and later Corporate Manufacturing Engineer from 1987 to 1990. From 1990 to 1992, they served as the Component Plant Manager at Wood Mode Cabinetry. Joe then became the Director of Manufacturing at Wood Mode Cabinetry from 1993 to 1997. At Yorktowne Cabinetry, an Elkay Company, they worked as the VP of Manufacturing Operations from 1997 to 2006. Joe continued their career at Elkay Manufacturing as the Vice President of Operations from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Director of Operations at NetShape Technologies. From 2010 to 2015, they held various roles at Brush Industries, including Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. Currently, since 2015, Joe Stenglein is the President & COO of Brush Industries / Q-Card Company.

Joe Stenglein has a strong educational background in the field of materials engineering and forestry. From 1976 to 1980, they attended West Virginia University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BSF) in Forestry, Wood Industries, and Business Management. Following that, Joe pursued further education from 1980 to 1983 and completed a Master of Science degree (MSF) in Materials Engineering (wood) with a minor in statistics, still at West Virginia University. As for additional certifications, Joe has obtained a Lean Manufacturing certification from the University of Kentucky, however, the exact month and year of completion are not specified.
