Amber Heinzel

Amber Heinzel is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Q Center since July 2022. Previously, Amber held the position of HR Coordinator at Menards from April 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities included payroll processing, interviews, new hire orientations, and team member inquiries. Amber's extensive background in management includes a decade at Blockbuster, where Amber began as Store Manager and later became District Training Store Manager, training over 120 employees across 17 locations. Amber holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Aurora University.
