Shannon Neely

Shannon Neely has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. From 2007 to 2011, Neely served as the Director of Consulting Services at MedAxiom. In 2011, Neely worked as a Healthcare Management and Performance Improvement Consultant before transitioning to become the Director of Lean Six Sigma at the International Capital & Management Company. In 2013, Neely joined Sheridan Legacy as a Consultant. From 2014 to 2015, Neely held the role of Senior Director of Operations Improvement at HCA. Neely then moved on to Carolinas HealthCare System in 2015 and worked as a Lean Sensei, providing strategic guidance and leadership coaching to executives and leaders. Neely's most recent position is at Q-Centrix, where they have held multiple roles, including Director of Client Operations, Director of Learning & Development, and currently as the Senior Director of Learning & Development.

Shannon Neely earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
