Eva Alvarado

Eva Alvarado has extensive experience in technical and maintenance planning, primarily within the military and defense sectors. Currently serving as an Execution Planner at QED Systems Inc. since April 2019, Eva is involved in technical writing for General Dynamics Mission Systems. From January 2016 onward, Eva has held the role of SEC WEST Maintenance Planner/PM Lead with General Dynamics Mission Systems - Canada, leveraging prior experience as LCPO of the Main Propulsion Division aboard USS Wayne E Meyer DDG 108 from December 2014 to December 2015 and Chief Petty Officer for Gas Turbine Systems aboard USS Russell DDG 59 from June 2012 to December 2014. Earlier roles include instructorships at the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group and maintenance technician positions with the US Navy. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Scientific Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, along with several other academic qualifications.
