Fran Nunan Sphr

Fran Nunan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent development. From 1980 to 1994, they worked at Procter & Gamble as a Manager. In 1994, they established their own HR consulting firm, Fran L. Nunan LLC, where they served as an HR Consultant and Owner until 2015. During this time, they partnered with organizations to provide HR solutions and strategies, specializing in talent development and implementing HR systems. From 2013 to 2015, they also worked at School Outfitters as a Senior HR Officer, leading the HR team and championing talent development initiatives. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the President & CEO of NVR Career Guidance. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Q Laboratories.

Fran Nunan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in February 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2001.
