Morgane E.

Morgane E. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Morgane started their career at Club Med in 2011, where they served as a Human Resources Manager. During their time at Club Med, they were responsible for various HR tasks such as policy development, recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations. Morgane also gained experience in training and development, as they were responsible for conducting HR training for new recruits.

After their tenure at Club Med, Morgane E. joined Vodafone in 2016 as a member of the Global Resourcing Team. In this role, they focused on recruitment and internal assessment. Morgane then moved on to Stoke Newington School and Sixth Form, where they served as an HR and Policies Manager.

In 2017, Morgane E. joined ISG (Information Services Group) as a Human Resources Manager for the SEMEA region. Morgane'sresponsibilities at ISG included employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR administration. Morgane provided guidance and support to people managers and employees, conducted exit interviews, and managed training budgets.

Most recently, Morgane E. joined Cytel as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2022.

Morgane E. completed a two-year university diploma in technology in management administration from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 2005 to 2007. Morgane then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole from 2007 to 2010. Recently, they obtained a CIPD Level 5 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général from Development Processes Group PLC in the year 2015 to 2016.
