Eddie Stephens

Eddie Stephens has an extensive work history in the pharmaceutical industry. Eddie currently serves as the Director of Site/Laboratory Operations at Q² Solutions, where they are responsible for managing staff, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior to this, Eddie held various leadership roles at Elanco, including Senior Director of Innovation Systems & Services and Senior Director of Research Operations & Global Animal Welfare. In these positions, they focused on driving operational improvements, managing budgets, and implementing process improvement initiatives. Eddie also worked at Eli Lilly and Company, where they served as a Manager of Veterinary Resources, Compliance Consultant, Six Sigma Black Belt, Leader of In vivo Pharmacology, and Associate Toxicologist. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in budget management, operational excellence, and animal welfare practices.

Eddie Stephens obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Indianapolis - School of Business in the years 2010-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University between 1999-2002. Additionally, they have a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Eli Lilly and Company.
