Sandeep Soni has over 22 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Sandeep currently serves as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Q² Solutions since October 2021, and previously held the role of Director of Information Technology from July 2017 to September 2021. Prior to their time at Q² Solutions, Sandeep worked as the Director of Development Services at KMS Technology, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2017. Sandeep also worked at Hewlett-Packard as the CTO for Commercial Healthcare & Strategist for Healthcare Payer Applications from June 2013 to January 2016. Sandeep's experience includes positions at ManpowerGroup as a Strategic Management Consultant at Blue Shield of CA for Hewlett-Packard from August 2012 to June 2013, as well as at Xerox where they served as the VP IT for Core MMIS System Development and Medicaid Implementation from November 2010 to August 2012.
