Aditi Phatak is an accomplished UX Researcher with extensive experience in user research, design, and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Currently serving as UX Researcher III at Q2, Aditi has been instrumental in developing and executing research roadmaps while conducting both generative and evaluative studies. Aditi's previous roles at Q2 include UX Researcher II and I, focusing on data-driven decision-making for product development. Prior to Q2, Aditi worked as a Web/Graphic Designer at Edge of the Box Marketing and a Web Designer/Developer at Flex CG, where responsibilities included site architecture and UX/UI design. Aditi holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University.
