Heather Henry

Heather Henry is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Q2 since August 2025. Previously, Heather held positions such as Consultant at Bounteous, Head of Talent at Commure, and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at LogicMonitor. With a robust background in leading global teams and implementing talent acquisition and management programs, Heather has successfully scaled organizations through aggressive growth phases, driven by strategic initiatives focused on organizational design, M&A integration, and employee engagement. Additional experience includes senior roles at Kony, Inc., HHO Consulting, Bazaarvoice, and Trilogy, along with earlier work as an Account Manager at Hirestarter. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from St. Edward's University.
