Sunil Sharma

Sunil Sharma, PMP, is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience in the financial and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Q2 since January 2021, Sunil leads a multi-year digital transformation program for a regional bank and oversees the Project Management Office (PMO) for the APAC region. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Westpac Group, where Sunil managed a regulatory compliance project with a substantial budget, and Lead Project Manager positions at Commonwealth Bank and Barclays, focusing on automation projects and IT implementations, respectively. With a strong foundation in software development and system analysis gained from earlier positions at Tata Consultancy Services, Birlasoft, and other organizations, Sunil's career is marked by successful delivery of complex projects across diverse functional areas.
