Guusje Bressers is an experienced professional in the medical sector, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Q3 since January 2019, focusing on the group dynamics of medical specialists. Concurrently, Guusje operates Reciprocity, a company dedicated to medical anthropological and sociological research, training, and consulting. From July 2015 to June 2019, Guusje was a PhD candidate at the Academic Medical Center, involved in research on quality care in medical training, and also held a similar position at Maastricht University.
