Isidora Tošić

Isidora Tošić has a varied work experience beginning in 2014. Isidora started as a Laboratory Associate for EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG, where they conducted laboratory work with immunology-based diagnostic test systems mostly relying on ELISA and Western blot techniques, as well as data collecting and evaluation. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Pharmacy Intern for Pharmacy Cvejic, where they were responsible for medicinal dispensing, patient counseling on medicine use, possible drug interactions and side effects. Isidora then passed the state exam for graduated pharmacists and was awarded state license certificate of Serbia. In 2016, they held the role of Medical Representative at Hemofarm A.D., where they assessed the pharmaceutical market and its needs to position medicinal products through advising, delivering presentations and organizing continuing medical education events. Isidora also demonstrated effective sales skills through exceeding targeted goals quarterly for a portfolio comprising of ~50 medicinal products. In 2018, they began working as a Research Assistant II at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they investigated signaling pathways of the oncogenic transcription factor STAT3 and examined novel therapeutic modalities for its inhibition, primarily in breast and hematological malignancies. Isidora also elucidated metabolic aspects of STAT3 activation and utilized STAT3-driven lipid profile for development of nanoparticle-mediated tumor-targeting strategy for triple-negative breast cancer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a New Product Planning Manager for Q32 Bio Inc.

Isidora Tošić is currently a Visiting Graduate Student at Harvard Medical School, where they are pursuing a degree in Medicine. Prior to this, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Preclinical research studies from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Novi Sad, Serbia in 2021. Isidora also holds a Master's Degree in Pharmacy from the same institution, which they obtained in 2015. Additionally, they have a Pharmacists state license certificate from the Ministry of Health, Republic of Serbia.
